At Naot Footwear, we want you to walk in total comfort. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your unworn footwear in its original shoe box and secure it inside a shipping carton to ensure the product remains in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement within 7-10 business days.
